The dining area has 2 large Kauri tables with seating for 20. The living area has a wood burner, satellite free-to-air TV, DVD & large projector screen, telephone, CD player,books & magazines. |

There is a large fully equiped kitchen with great views of the mountains, gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is a second fridge/freezer in the utility room. |

Bedrooms |
There are 5 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom & toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with queens sized beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a set of bunks. Therefore there is sleeping accommodation for up to 12 people. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms with queen sized beds have french doors onto a balcony. |
Bathroom and laundry |
The utility room provides a washing machine, washing tub, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron. The upstairs bathroom has a large adjustable shower with great water pressure, toilet, basin, hairdryer and heated towel rail. The downstairs ensuite bathroom has a wet shower area, basin and a seperate toilet with hand basin. |
The Red Barn is set on a 50 acre private and secluded property with its own forest and idyllic lake frontage access to Lake Middleton. Twizel and Omarama are approx 20-30 minutes drive. |
