The Red Barn at Killin

Killin at Lake Ohau is a 50 acre private and secluded
property with its own forest and an idyllic lake
frontage access to Lake Middleton. Killin has views
of Lake Middleton, mountains and forest. Twizel
and Omarama are approx 20-30 mintues drive.
Accommodation at Killin includes a large red barn
containing 5 bedrooms, 1 downstairs and 4 upstairs.
The downstairs bedroom has a queensize bed with
ensuite bathroom and toilet. Upstairs there are 3
bedrooms with queensize beds and 1 room with 2
single beds and a set of bunks, therefore there is
sleeping accommodation for up to 12. There is a
bathroom/toilet upstairs. The large kitchen, with
great view of the mountains, has a gas cook top,
electric oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice
maker. Off the kitchen is the utility room with
washing machine, dryer, and a second
fridge/freezer. The kitchen, dining and living are all
open plan in a L shape. The dining area has two
large Kauri tables with seating for 20, the living area
has a wood burner, satellite free-to-air TV and
telephone. DVD is by projector onto large screen in
living area.

Other features include: Garage space, 2 canoes, 2
rowboats, 2 bikes, assortment of lifejackets, and
possible use of speedboat with skis and ski biscuits.
